Hair Company Policies

1. Processing Time – All orders require 2-3 business days for processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.  

2. Shipping – Once processed, orders will be shipped via standard shipping, which takes 5-7 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

3. During sales, promotions, and high-demand periods, please allow up to 7 business days for processing before your order ships. This extended processing time ensures accuracy and quality as we work through a higher volume of orders.

Once processing is complete, orders will ship within our standard 5–7 business day shipping window.

Tracking information will be automatically emailed as soon as your order has been shipped.

4. No Refunds or Exchanges – Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.  

5. Custom Units -  All wig units are custom-made and non-refundable. Please allow 14 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Production is conducted Monday through Friday only. The Hair Firm is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs due to incorrect measurements provided by the client. Before purchasing a unit, please ensure that you have accurately measured your head to guarantee the best fit.

6. Order Accuracy – Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer.  

7. Lost or Damaged Packages – Once an order has been shipped, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If an issue arises, please contact the shipping carrier directly.  

8. Quality Assurance – We ensure that all hair bundles are thoroughly inspected before shipping. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence for review.
