To maintain the longevity and quality of your virgin hair bundles, follow these care instructions using Dove Intensive Repair Shampoo & Conditioner:  

Washing & Conditioning

1. Detangle First – Gently brush through the hair using a wide-tooth comb or detangling brush before washing. Start from the ends and work your way up.  

2. Use Lukewarm Water – Rinse the hair with lukewarm water to remove any product buildup or debris.  

3. Shampoo Gently – Apply Dove Intensive Repair Shampoo, lather gently, and avoid excessive scrubbing to prevent tangling. Rinse thoroughly.  

4. Condition Deeply – Apply Dove Intensive Repair Conditioner, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes for deep hydration, then rinse with cool water to seal moisture.  

Drying & Styling

5. Air Dry or Blow Dry on Low Heat – Pat the hair dry with a microfiber towel and let it air dry. If using a blow dryer, keep it on a low heat setting.  

6. Use Heat Protectant – If styling with hot tools, apply a heat protectant to prevent heat damage.  

7. Avoid Excessive Heat – Limit the use of flat irons and curling wands to preserve the hair’s natural texture and longevity.  

Daily Maintenance  

8. Moisturize Lightly – Apply a small amount of lightweight hair serum or argan oil to keep the hair soft and shiny. Avoid heavy oils that can weigh it down.  

9. Wrap at Night – Store the hair in a silk/satin bonnet or use a silk pillowcase to prevent friction and tangling while sleeping.  

10. Minimal Product Use – Avoid heavy gels and hair sprays to prevent buildup that requires frequent washing.
